HELP Accenta+ Alarm not responding to code?

How can I reset it? The symbols on display are the spanner (red light) plug (green light) and the padlock (red light) showing on my keypad what can I tap into the keypad to get it to reset?

Sounds like a tamper issue.

Have you done any diy or had carpets fitted that may have damaged the wiring?.

Basically the panel has locked and won't reset until you close the tamper circuit.
