reset the panel to factory set Standard method to reset to full factory set conditions Power down the panel, remove any connections in "Set Output" terminal and PA Imnput terminal fit a shorting link between these terminals power up, wait for alarm to start, power down remove shorting link and refirt original wiring, power back up code will now 1234
then you can set your own codes, see honeywell site as they have a lot of the manuals available if you have lost yours
