How do I extend the exit/entry delay time on an 8 years old Accenta 8?

try typing your code, prog, 9999, prog - this should show day and tamper - this is then engineer mode - cant remember the exact attribute number for entry time (05 spring to mind) you then enter the time in seconds i.e. 5 seconds is 05 and so on but call Gardiners security 0208 699 9900 ask them for ade telephone number and choose tech support they should be able to help. Not used these panels for some time so a bit rusty on menus, good luck
