Mend Renault Kangoo 1.8 Engine Time Restart

How can I fix My Renault Kangoo?

When the engine is cold it starts and runs smoothly, if I stop for a period of time and then restart the engine it stutters and runs like a pig.I am at my wits end with it. It's a diesel 1.8, the management light is on so there is a problem, so far I have spent £400.00 and it still has not cured the problem.
