Mend Car Spanner Light Come

Car & Spanner light come on?

When driving reaching speeds over 40mph, jerking like its trying to loose power, on slowing down as revs go below 20 engine cuts out. Restart engine but carries on each time we slow down or stop at junctions. Stops for a couple of days then can happen again. Problem on and off. Help.

Hi Linda. Seems to me that there's a problem with the (E M U ). engine managment unit or oxygen sensor. You need to take the car to a garage that has computer diagnostics to get it checked out and find out the problem. Hope this is of some use to you.
