accenta g3 mini zone errors?

i have a accenta g3 mini alarm i changed the battery and powered up but now when i set the alarm zone 2 and 3 light up on panel and control pad cotinually beeps i can set it but i have to omit the 2 offending zones which cover lounge and kitchen any help much appreciated ps the two offending pirs don't seem to have power
