Mend MacAllister SP484 Replace Throttle Work

How can I fix or replace my broken damaged throttle cable macallister sp484?

My throttle cable has gone saggy and doesnt work, a brass coloured fixing has come adrift from the top of the cable and the wire is floppy> can you help please?
