Mend Bosch Empty Light Dryer

"Empty water holder" light in Bosch WTL 5100 does go off?

Recently, on a day when we used the dryer a number of times, the "Empty Water Holder" light went on. I checked and emptied the water holder (as I always do), then checked and emptied the filter at the bottom of the dryer, and took out the link to boot. Nothing changed: the "Empty Water Holder" light still went on, every time I turned the machine on.

What does it mean, and what can I do?
