seems most of the faults are to do with fluff and gunk getting stuck in the condenser mech and passageways. Cleaning the stuff out certainly allows it to run for longer before errors happen. It seems like they tested it on clothes without any fluff component? It's a common complaint and £168 to get a years maintenance cover - for 'free' repair. You can buy another cheap tumble dryer for that - not encouraging me to buy another Bosch that's for sure.
