Mend Open Light Washing

Can't Open Door?

I had a fault light on my washer dryer this morning (I think it was something like E13). I switched it off and on again and it went. I then put some more washing in the machine, but I can't open the door now even though the cycle ended over two hours ago. Do you know how I can get the door open?

first unplug from mains then remove the top look inside down by the door lock and you should find al ittle catch fiddle with this sorry i can't help

Sorry, I should have said the washing machine is a Hotpoint Ultima WD860.
