Help!!! My zanussi 1400 has just stopped?!?!?

Hi, please can someone help?!? I put a load in my washing machine the other night and went to get it yesterday morning and the door is locked and it was full of water. I have manually emptied th water and just about managed to get the washing out as the door is locked but randomly opened once. So now the on light is on and te locked light but all other buttons rent working???? And even when turned off now the door still won't open? Please help!!!!
