First make sure the machine is set up properly. Adjust the feet up or down until machine is level from left to right then have the front feet slightly lower than the back so that the drum comes slightly forward toward the front and away from the out of balance lever which is hanging down at the rear of the drum on the right hand side. Also, sort your washing into all light clothes or all heavy towels etc. One heavy towel in with a lot of light clothes will result in out of balance problems. If still a problem you may need new suspension springs fitted.
