How do i get the washing machine to work?

turn off the water supply taps and remove pipes from back of washer, hold pipes and place ends over a empty bowl turn on the supply if water flows this confirms this part is o k, if not further investigation is needed the next part of the washer is the inlet valve if this don't open washer cannot fill


inlet cold water valve will need replacing
