How can I fix my Miele W2240 Vita washing maschine with 3 horizontal lines?

Open drain filter compartment on front bottom left o machine. Before unscrewing the filte have something undreath to catch the water. If emptying this does not work then machine then there is more water in the mahine which can be drained by tilting the machine forward. still working to trace the leak but draiing filter after every wash is keeping machine running. Will post source of leak as soon as a find it
