Mend Brandt Machine Week Problem

how can I mend my washing machine ?

I baught a brandt washing machine since 3 years ,
last week a problem happened , at first when I put any program , put the clothes in it , switch on power button and push start button then it will not run and pauses .
after that if you push any button it will not response and pause led flashs conteniously.
please tell me what can I do.
I live in syria , if it is any service center in middle east
please tell me .
