Whats wrong with the machine? Electrolux EWX14540W?

I had a repair man come out last week to grease up the springs on my washer/dryer, after he left, the start/pause button wouldn't work, after many attempts it finally started to work, I contacted the repair man and he said he saw it was faulty (but didn't fix it!). Every now and again it comes up with E72, what's this error code?
Also the washer when it is on keeps tripping the mains fuse box, I have had an electrician out 4times now, he said there isn't a problem with the electrics, is it due to a fault with the washer, my old one never tripped the fuse box.
