Mend Kenwood Help Circuit Board

Our Kenwood KB-8388A1 steam iron might be repairable- can you help me?

On our Kenwood KB-8388A1 steam iron, now dismantled, there is a sealed circuit board that directly connects to the 4 way terminal block. I am not sure where the wires go. There are three, coloured red/brown yellow and blue. Any idea how I should connect these? I am anxious to reassemble the iron, as I am now confident that the element has not failed.
