Mend Craftsman 10" 32.8 cc Start 10 Pull

why would gas come out muffler when trying to start my craftsman rototiller?

its a 1986 10" 32.8 cc craftsman rototiller and it won't start but when I pull the cord to start it (off choke) gas starts running out the muffler.

yes it is. tried to start again and it wanted to but no start and pulled it more and fuel out the exhaust again!

Two stroke engine? Its heavily flooded with raw fuel, which needs to be got rid of before it will start again. Best to take the spark plug out, and tip the machine upside down if possible to help it to drain.
