Mend Craftsman 32.8 Oil Pull Start Help

I didn't mix oil with gas on sm. tiller it wont pull to start it help?

This tiller is my brother in laws , I have used it and didn't mix the oil in with the gas. It has worked fine without it, There were a lot of vines twigs and things tangeled up in it and my son turned it upside down. Now I tried to restart it and the pull thing you pull to start it is stuck. Can you help me fix it or is it dead. Please help. This is a Craftsman 10 inch 32.8 minitiller

A 2-Stroke engine run on straight gas doesn't normally run long. The internal parts get all of their lubrication from the oil in the fuel. Chances are it's seized up. It may be beyond repair.
