optima 2 plus alarm home system?

hi guys i need some info on how to make my bell sound alarm sets ok but it will not activate bell / alarm when i walk in out of the door what do i do to the alarm system to rectify this problem msny thanks in advance Mr patric brookman, pps i dont even have the address of optima now as i tried to phone it was automated and said you have dialled the wrong number ???????
