Mend Daewoo DC23 Water Coming Cycle

How can I fix my DC23?

I have water coming into the machine but does not have any power to fill and to spin the upper spray part. The machine goes through the cycle correctly so I guess its not program problems. It can only be a pump problem but how can I check which one is not working. Thanks
