Kenwood KDW12ST3A bottom pump/sprayarm not working?
Anyone had this problem where there is no water coming through the bottom pump/spray arm during a cycle. The bottom spray arm itself is not blocked and is free to turn, but there is definitely no water being forced through it by the pump during a wash. All the underside surfaces of dishes on the bottom level are still dirty post cycle. I started to take the dishwasher to bits to get to the bottom pump/pipe then thought better of it.....over to the forum.... can anyone help?
Does anyone how to get at the pump - what panels were removed to get access?

same problem, an engineer said it was the water pump and would cost £200 to fix.
am i being ripped off or does this seem feasable? very annoying as the dishwasher was approximately £300 new.
have just discovered that the top tray can be adjusted also so large plates can fit below.
i am going to try to use it tomorrow just incase my dirty plates were caused by the spraying arm not going round properly.

I have the exact same problem with my Kenwood KDW12ST3A dishwasher. It now only cleans the top tray of stuff while the bottom remains dirty. Have you had any luck yet with a diagnosys?
