it stopped working during a cycle and the water did not drain properly. i went to switch it on again and none of the lights are coming on. i cleaned the hose and filters and still nothing. can someone help me please.
might be something jammed in the drain pump.remove the base plate and quarter twist the drain pump to remove it and check the pump impellor rotates.tip it on its back to do this.put a towel down on the floor as water might come out of the base plate.
