Mend Kenmore 106.58166703 Ice Model

Kenmore Coldspot Ice Saver Caddie is loose?

We have a Kenmore Elite Coldspot (Model #106.58166703). They ice had frozen over the dispenser area to the extent that no ice could fall through and it couldn't chop up the ice. I removed the ice then saw the instruction - press blue button to remove the ice saver box (in the door).

I did this. Got all the frozen blocks of ice out and put the thing back in the door. Not it seems loose. I think I did it right, but it's just very loose.
