Hello,

It sounds like your defrost drain is iced up. Look for a tube inside the fridge possibly on the back wall. Once you find it use a turkey baister with hot water to clean out the drain. Remove the front grille and you will see the water going into the pan once the drain is clear. Hope this helps.
