Mend Kenmore 70832100 Refrigerator Compressor Temperature

Refridgerator won't shut off?

My Kenmore refridgerator Model# 70832100 won't shut off.Cleaned out all the dust from front,and back.Is staying cool.Will turn off if i turn off temp control. Makes a faint clicking sound,like it does when the motor,or compressor does when it comes on to cool it down.But stays running,

one other reason it will not switch off is it never gets down to temperature so will run until the compressor gets so hot it cuts out.this is caused by a gas issue or a blockage within the system or a faulty defrost system or a faulty compressor

the only thing it can be is the thermostat,unless it has a pcb, but its just the same, the pcb has a relay
