Mend Kenmore 106.56664500 Water Replaced Coming

HOW CAN I FIX A FROZEN WATER LINE TO ICE MAKER?

I REPLACED THE FILTER AND SINCE THEN IT HASN'T MADE ANY ICE,BUT THERE IS WATER COMING OUT FOR THE FILTERED WATER SPOUT IN THE DOOR.I HAD ALSO RECENTLY TOOK OFF THE OLDER FILTER UNDER THE SINK FROM OUR OTHER FRIDGE. I NOTICED TODAY THAT WHERE THE WATER COMES OUT TO THE TRAY IT WAS FROZEN.COULD IT OF FROZE WHEN I HAD THE WATER TURNED OFF FROM DISMANTLING THE OLD FILTER? HOW DO I DEFROST THE LINE??? IT IS A KENMORE MODEL #106 5666 4500
