Mend Kenmore 110.24852301 Thermostat Working Condenser

Kenmore S/S Is the defrost thermostat working?

Condenser and evaporator fans working. Ice maker working. Freezer and frig are warm. Frost on the panel and coils in the freezer. I used a heat gun to defrost the coils last week. Now they are all iced up again. What's next?
