my indesit IS70C condenser dryer is not heating up?

my indesit IS70C condenser dryer is not heating up.The drum goes around and its working but it only blows out cold air and does not heat up.Will the problem be the thermostat?

if dryer does not heat up take off thermostat
houseing you will find at the back of the housing 2 black blocks at the top 1 has a we hole push a pin in and it would reset it i done it took me 5 min good luck folks
