Mend Ford Transit Connect 1.8 TDdi Fuel Help

how do i change the fuel filter on my transit connect???

can someone please help me with a run through on how to remove and replace the fuel filter on my 1.8 tddi connect. i have some knowledge on cars but this is the first time i have worked on a deisel engine and i want to make sure i do it right. thank in advance.
