how do i bleed the fuel system on my 2001 Yreg deisal transit 2ltr?
i had to empty my tank as it had red deisal in it ive cleaned it all out new fuel filter but dont know how to bleed it can u help please :) its a 2001 on a Y plate thanks in advance
they can be very difficult to get going again,would remove filter and manually fill with clean diesel,also a direct feel onto the inlet of the pump with a length of hose and funnel can help,open a couple of injector pipes and see if you get any delivery up there when cranking over,if so close them and open the other two pipes and do the same and see how it goes.good luck
