Mend Hoover HND 315 Filter Checked

Hi, my HOOVER HND 315 dishwasher won't empty?

The HOOVER HND 315 won't empty. I've washed out the filter and checked that there's nothing blocking the out pipe, but nothing doing.
Any ideas?
