Mend Honeywell Accenta G4 Alarm Keep Off

why does my accenta g4 smoke alarm keep going off?

my accenta G4 alarm system, with fire zones, keeps sounding the fire alarm at intervals of about 2 days. there is no hint of smoke or fire when it does this. sometimes it is the middle of the night. I have tried looking at the manual but it has no advice and Honeywell don't seem to deal with homeowners, just businesses!
