I have a scantronic 9827 alarm showing bF (battery fault) the internal alarm keeps going off every 45 mins and I have to keep inputing the code to silence it. Can a anybody help? Is there any way I can turn It off until tomorrow when I can get it sorted as the only quote I can get for this time of night is £75 . I have the manual from the exonerated with the engineers code if that means anything to anyone. Please help!!
Thanks for responses, do I just put the engineer code into our box by the door, or do I need to take off the cover of the main box under the stairs? Tried putting engineers code into our box and the alarm just went off again :-(

once you get new battery turn mains power off and replace the 7 amp battery make sure you put the red wire to the red terminal and black to black then close panel and key in your pin or 99 enter

key in the engineering code default is 07890 that will stop the sounder till you get a new battery
