How can I get my Krzr K1mto start up?

When I turn it on, the Verizon logo displays for about 5 seconds, but then the screen changes to an upside down Hello Moto screen for a second or less, and then it switches to the normal background screen for a few seconds. It allows you a few seconds to either stay there or get to one more screen and then the screen freezes for ten to twenty seconds and then returns to the normal background screen again. This loop continues indefinitely making the phone unusable.
