How do I remove the word Factory from my transonic tv screen?

The word factory has appeared in red on my tv screen. It means I can't change channels or adjust the volume. I have 30 seconds when I switch on the tv before it appears so I set the volume and turn to the right tv channel then. If I want to change volume or channel I have to turn the tv off and on again. Please please can anyone help?!!
