Mend Poulan 2300 Chainsaw Start

POULAN CHAINSAW 2300?

ITS DIFFICULT TO START , WHEN IT DOES START IT RUNS AT FULL REVS, THE THROTTLE STOP IS NOT TOUCHING THE THROTTLE CAM HAVE TRIED ADJUSTING THE L & H SCREWS MAKES NO DIFFERENCE ( WHAT SHOULD THEY BE ) HAVE FOUND NO DIRT INSIDE CARB , ARE THERE ANY OTHER ADJUSTMENTS I CAN MAKE

Sounds like the throttle is holding the carb open - make sure that the throttle is closing properly, if it is mechanical check for smooth opening and closing, if it is a cable then remove and lubricate and check for smoothness
