A compression test does not realy tell you much on a two stroke, if the engine has been cranked many times the bore is full of fuel/oil which then gives a false reading, you say you have fuel and a spark, is the spark in the right place? ( sheared flywheel key ) is the carb over fueling and soaking the plug? ( leaking fuel needle ) if the piston looks ok through the exhaust port the compression should be enought for the machine to start, is the fuel fresh, fuel has a very short shelf life, so if you have not already done so drain and refill.
