performa 1100 not cleaning (hoover)?

i have a hoover performa 1100 washer and a hoover 1100 washer drier combined , neither has washed the clothes very well any1 else had this prob or is it just me . i have had the pipework checked and checked again
i had a new motor fitted in the washer at 1 year old . its starting to frustrate me help !!!!!
there both 3 years old
