help!! my hoover excel 1100 will not empty !!?

hi my washer will fill wash but as soon as it comes to emptying it jst stops any 1 help me please!!!

check that the filter is not blocked, you should find it on on the front of the machine, on the bottom , its a cap . turn it anti clock wise. to open , but have a bin liner bag or pot ready . because the water in the drum will outut , if ther is any dirt in the filter . clean and put it back , and test it , on a half load ......
