simpson encore 703 wont drain the water out and comes up with PU?
In the past (6 months ago) I pulled the drain hose off and found a broken plasticy thing blocking the spinnig wheel. This time I checked there again and the wheel was spinning freely.The machine kept working for a few days and now it has a full load of water and I can't get behind it, is there any other way of unblocking it?
Empty the water by hand using a jug or lower the drain hose down & let the water come out in to a bucket. When bucket is full raise the drain hose up to stop the water flow while the bucket is emptied. Then you can pull machine out to get at the back. Check in the pump & also inside the drain hose for any blockage.
