How?
You pull the machine out and locate the water inlet. There will be a tiny little tap handle - in line with the flow - on so turn it off
Next undo the water pipe connection at any end - expect a dribble of water from the contents of the pipe.
Now get a jug and turn the tap on - let the water flow into the jug and quickly turn it off.
You have now checked the supply - that only leaves the machine's water inlet valve which is a common problem - they often fail.
The valve is where the water hose connects - easily replaced and not expensive - alternatively you can have a repair technician do the work for you - there are videos on youtube I'm sure.
As for the drain hose - just lay it on the floor - some water is likely to spill out - my money is on the inlet valve but I just guess.
Good Luck...
