How to fault find on Securitech Active 5 panel?

I disconnected a sensor without isolating the panel. The panel is now dead although the main fuse on the PCB is ok. Can anyone help me with fault finding?

You've blown a fuse, not the Mains one but the one on the circuit board that feeds 12v to the detectors
