The heating panels don't heat up any longer, how do I trouble shoot this?
When I set the timer on the Dualit 4 slot toaster the heat doesn't come on and the light on the switch from 2 to 4 slices doesn't go on either. I saw a piece of one of the middle heat panels was broken off about one inch long and 1/4 inch wide. Could that affect it?
