potterton profile 60e?

system run all summer on hot water only ok, but after turning on heating it started popping button, have drained system and refilled with sentinel x800 drained after 4 days. replaced 3port valve as upstairs rads got hot during summer and cylinder stat replaced. pump seems to be working ok as all rads get hot.will this be one or more of the boiler stats

Most likely the pump isn't actually pumping,

could it be the overun stat as it has now started to shut down on heating aswell

turn the boiler down to 1 or 2 or replace the overheat stat. could be over gassed so test the gas valve is set to the correct prssure with a manometer.
