Mend Kodak M1033 Switch Light Flashes Times

How can i fix my kodak m1033 camrea?

I hadn't used my camrea for a while so charged it up and when I now switch on the green light flashes a few times then goes off indstead of the blue power light coming on. any idea's??

When i switch it on it makes a bell ringing sound and then switches off, the lens has come out and then it retracts, any ideas?
