Mend Vokera Compact 24 Boiler Fault

Vokera Compact 24 Fault?

No Central Heating or Hot Water
The red light and fan are running constantly even when the switch on the front panel is turned to the off position. When turning boiler Off then On via mains switch the light flashes green 2/3 times and returns to red.
