F&P DW681ES Dishwasher not going and displaying flashing light?
Hi we have the Dw681es also but we have the light flashing 8 times. Have turned it off at the wall and left it for some time but it didn't reset. It seemed to finish a load of dishes and that was it. Switch it on and you get the 8 flashes then pause then 8 more etc. Any ideas thanks
Fault code 8 is a water level fault. It comes up when the pressure switch turns on and off indicating that the water level is not stable. First check you have been using correct detergent. Too many suds will cause the problem. Secondly take out the mesh filters and give them a good scrub. Other possible causes are faulty pressure switch or faulty erratic wash pump motor.
