Mend Indesit Clicking Round

indesit washing machine dial keeps clicking round?

indesit washing machine when it gets to spin the dial keeps clicking round - if I switch the machine off for a few minutes it will then continue the cycle
I have cleaned the filter out and still clicking round.
The light next to the on off switch flashes 4 times.
Hope foot can help
