Mend Whirlpool AWG 220 Drum Not Dryer

Drum not turning on whirlpool awg 220 dryer?

The dryer drum does not rotate, the belt is intact, no smell of electrical burning from any of the components.
When the timer is turned on it makes all the usual clicking sounds but nothing else happens. The element does start to heat up.
